The insurance is in the name of The Grove at Haven Dell OA.
Each homeowner has free access to their HOA Documents on their TownSQ app. A link to the app is available below by clicking on TownSQ. The homeowner would need to register, if they haven’t already done so, to access the documents, that include the most recent financials, minutes, reserve study, governing documents, rules and policies, etc. If a homeowner doesn’t remember their account number (needed to register), email [email protected]
If a homeowner will not provide these documents to their realtor/lender/title company or buyer, documents can then be ordered online by clicking on the Homewise link below.
The Grove at Haven Dell is one HOA (no sub-Association).
The Grove is responsible for its private roads (Soft Whisper Way, Good Vibes Lane and Pure Nirvana Lane) west of the main entry road (Still Harmony Way). The main entry road, monuments and clubhouse and all areas east of the main entry road are owned and controlled by the Monarch Village Sales LLC/Haven Dell PUD. There is a joint use agreement between The Grove HOA and the controlling entity for use of the amenities. Please refer to the budget for better detail of what is covered by the joint use agreement, and by the HOA, that makes up the total fee paid through the HOA. The fees include internet, culinary water, secondary water, 1 trash can and 1 recycle can.
Each Owner is responsible for their own building exteriors and drains within the yard, including proper care/draining of rain gutters. Owners are also responsible for snow removal on individual driveways, walkways and porches. Be sure to review the maintenance matrix, located within the Governing Documents folder. The HOA maintains the landscape around the buildings.
